…and now for something completely different! Here’s a fun fact for you – I have NEVER in my life worn a backless dress. In fact, I’m pretty scared of them. As lovely as backless dresses look on some people, I just can’t get over the fact I can’t easily wear a bra with them. Going braless just feels so… wrong. So, why exactly have I written a rave review about one? Read on to find out…
By the way, I found my facial expressions in these photos hilarious as I was going through and editing them, so feel more than welcome to laugh your head off at my smirks and resting bitch face. You’re welcome.

One of the trends I love most in the summer months is crochet. Feminine, romantic and oh-so-pretty, crochet is a staple of spring/summer fashion for very good reason! The high street has outdone itself this year, and everywhere you look you can find beautiful crochet pieces in all sorts of shapes and styles. Kimonos are perfect for rocking the boho chic look at festivals, or you can go sleek and sophisticated with a white crochet playsuit. Crop tops and skirts are playful and fun ways to rock the trend, but if the weather starts taking a turn (let’s face it, it’s Britain, most of summer will probably be grey and miserable!) you can throw on a crochet jumper or a long-sleeve dress to stay warm in style.
Are you lusting after any crochet pieces this summer? Let me know in the comments below!
